  Return requests can be submitted within 14 days, in accordance with the store policy, provided the item is in its original condition and has no traces of perfume or makeup.

  Refunds are issued to the same card used for payment via a bank refund, subject to the bank's procedures.

  The customer is responsible for return or exchange delivery fees, starting from KWD 2 depending on the area.
