1. Delivery Within Kuwait

• Delivery fee within the State of Kuwait: 2 KD per order
• Orders are processed within one business day
• Estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 business days from the order confirmation date
• Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, high order volume, or any circumstances beyond our control

2. Delivery to Gulf Countries

We provide shipping to the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, including: Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait.

• Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country, the weight and size of the order, and the shipping carrier
• Shipping fees are calculated and displayed to the customer during checkout and before payment confirmation
• Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping carrier, and the estimated time is shown at checkout whenever available
• The shipping carrier may request certain information or documents from the customer necessary to complete delivery or customs procedures
• Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility, if applicable
• MEMA Outlet is not responsible for any delays resulting from customs procedures, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control

3. Order Tracking

When tracking service is available, the customer is provided with a tracking number to follow the status of the shipment.

4. Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address and phone number registered with the order. If incorrect or incomplete information is entered, leading to a delay or return of the shipment, the customer may be responsible for any additional fees resulting from that.

5. Refusal to Accept or Failure to Receive the Shipment

If the customer refuses to accept the order, is unavailable to receive the shipment after reasonable delivery attempts, or provides incorrect or incomplete delivery information resulting in the shipment being returned, the customer may be responsible for any fees incurred for returning or resending the shipment. If any refund is due, non-refundable shipping or return costs may be deducted from the amount owed.

6. Delays Due to Circumstances Beyond Our Control

MEMA Outlet is not responsible for any delays resulting from customs, government procedures, weather conditions, official holidays, shipping carriers, incorrect customer information, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
